- “Partner Pro”: A higher tier in the Partner Program with additional benefits.
- “Referral”: An individual or entity brought to Vicihub through a Partner.
3. Partner Program Overview Vicihub offers a multi-tiered Partner Program for promoting our educational services. This program includes two levels: Partner and Partner Pro.
3.1 Enrollment
- Eligibility: Must be 18 or older, agree to these Terms and Conditions, and provide accurate registration information.
- Enrollment Process: Complete the necessary steps as outlined on our website.
3.2 Partner Tier
- Earnings: Partners earn a commission for each direct referral.
- Responsibilities: Partners are responsible for promoting Vicihub in a legal and ethical manner.
3.3 Partner Pro Tier
- Qualification: Partners must meet specific criteria set by Vicihub to become a Partner Pro.
- Earnings: Partner Pros earn commissions from direct referrals and their subsequent referrals.
4. Nature of Relationship
- Partners and Partner Pros are independent contractors and not employees of Vicihub.
- The term “Partner” does not imply a legal partnership, joint venture, or agent relationship beyond the scope of the Partner Program.
5. Commissions and Payments
- Calculation: Commissions are calculated based on the current schedule published by Vicihub.
- Payment: Commissions are paid according to Vicihub’s payment terms. Delays or issues must be reported immediately.
6. Obligations of Partners
- Compliance: Partners must comply with all laws and regulations, including marketing and advertising laws.
- Conduct: Partners should conduct themselves in a manner that reflects positively on Vicihub.
7. Marketing and Promotion
- Partners may use approved marketing materials provided by Vicihub.
- False Claims: Partners shall not make any false or misleading statements about Vicihub or its services.
8. Intellectual Property
- Use of Vicihub Trademarks: Partners must adhere to guidelines for using Vicihub’s trademarks and branding.
- No Creation of Derivative Works: Partners are prohibited from altering or modifying any Vicihub materials.
9. Confidentiality
- Partners must maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information received during their participation in the program.
10. Termination
- Either party may terminate the partnership with notice.
- Upon termination, all outstanding commissions will be paid according to the terms, barring any violations.
11. Limitation of Liability
- Vicihub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Partner Program.
12. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through arbitration or a small claims court, as appropriate.
13. Amendments
- Vicihub reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Continued participation in the program after changes signifies acceptance.
