Why did we design this course? We are closely involved with startups through our accelerator program, StartupAkademia, and have identified recurring challenges despite an abundance of available resources on lean methodologies. This led us to create a course that addresses three primary issues: startups’ struggle to conduct effective market research, analyze competition, interpret data, comprehend their business model, and apply innovative tactics for customer acquisition.
Interestingly, these challenges span across industries and business models and exist in both independent startups and those backed by large corporations.
To address these issues and streamline our process, we developed a resource that would empower startups to operate more efficiently. We initially started with the do-it-yourself StartupAkademia and later expanded into online courses bolstered with practical and powerful tools.
This course draws upon my 15 years of experience as a consultant and board member responsible for strategy, performance improvement, and turn-arounds in numerous industries.
